AEM Construction & Restoration is excited to reveal a stunning basement transformation in Vinings, GA, known as the Crawford Project. This project was a journey of turning a basic basement into a central hub for family and entertainment.
The project began with the basics - installing drywall, luxury vinyl flooring, and soft carpet with padding. These elements set the stage for a comfortable and stylish space. We then focused on lighting, adding additional can lights and indirect lighting in the tray ceiling to create a warm and welcoming ambiance.
A highlight of this basement is the inclusion of a wet bar and office area, meticulously designed to make the space ideal for hosting guests and combining work with leisure. To add a burst of personality, the customer chose a striking green accent wall, instantly drawing the eye upon entering the room.
The bathroom renovation was equally impressive. We installed beautiful green subway tiles in the open glass shower, complemented by a chic new vanity and honeycomb tiles on the floor. These elements together crafted a bathroom that’s both functional and visually stunning.
This project has successfully transformed the Crawford’s basement into a vibrant family area, sure to be the heart of their home for many years to come.
